Co-founder access audit: who can lock you out?

Domain, code, hosting, Facebook Page, ad accounts, LinkedIn. Pick an answer for each and see what would be lost if one person walked away.

When co-founders fall out, the first thing that goes is access. The domain is in one person's registrar, the Facebook Page hangs off one personal profile, the ad account bills one card. This audit takes two minutes and nothing you choose leaves your browser.

Do it with AI

Run the audit with an AI

If you do not know the answers, let an AI walk you through each account and tell you where to click.

I want to check that no single person can lock my co-founders out of our shared project accounts.
Go through these accounts one by one: domain registrar, GitHub, hosting, company email, Facebook Page, Meta Business portfolio, Meta ads account, LinkedIn Page, Google Ads and Analytics, X and YouTube, payments, password manager.
For each one, tell me where in the settings I can see who has full control, and what I must change so at least two people have it. Use the platform's current menu names and say if you are unsure.
Ask me which of these we use before you start, and keep each answer to three lines.

What counts as "full control"?

Roles with names like editor, analyst or moderator usually cannot add or remove admins. If that is all your partner has, they can be removed in one click.

Frequently asked questions

Why are Facebook and ad accounts so risky for co-founders?

They are usually attached to one person's personal profile or business portfolio. If that person leaves or is removed, everyone else may lose the Page, the audience and the card on file.

Does a second admin mean I do not trust my partner?

No. It protects the project from lost phones, hacked accounts and illness as well as from fights. Make it a rule for everyone.

Is my data stored?

No. The audit runs in your browser and nothing is sent or saved.
