How to use it
- Click Make a copy in Google Sheets and save it to your Drive.
- Put your names and agreed shares in the yellow cells.
- List your project's assets and add a backup admin for each one.
- Add every cost at the bottom of the Costs block.
- Share your copy with your co-founder so you both see the same numbers.
